Bell Bottoms and Other Short Stories is a collection of eleven short stories. These stories are mostly, though not all; about the incidents of a day in the life of the characters in the story that becomes the turning point in their lives. The incidents also become a life changer, or at least they bring a change in the thought and perspective of the protagonists. The stories are also a message of not giving a f**k about others opinion about the path they’re going to take. The stories are short and relatable.
About the author
Brought up in Shillong Sengchi Marak now lives in her hometown, Mendipathar, which is five hours away from Shillong. She did her post-graduation from NEHU, Tura. Running her family business leaves her free most of the time to read, and now write. She is a first-time author.
