It's a really short book. It's not any different than what any other self-help author would've wrote. Nothing special about it. Just a bunch of suggestions that a person could do that may improve their mindset into a positive one.

 Wilson is a guy from a small country called Singapore. The smallest country and yet the economy is one of the best country in the world.
