About the author

Shambhavi Mehrotra is a blogger and writer. She was born and brought up in Delhi in a loving joint family. Being fond of research, she is pursuing her career in legal studies and also provides academic lectures to students. Escaping from the daily routine to devote time to write and create poetry and stories is her favorite hobby. She likes to stay lost in reveries and tries to pen them down. Her favorite time is to find her way through abstractions and feelings that one often lets go of while her words are not only attached to her personal experience. Rather, it is a mix of different characters she meets and reads and explores their thought through a whole new perspective. She has also been a compiler and co-author of previous anthologies, Poet’s Paradise and Soul Candy and a co-author of an anthology of poems, A Hundred Thoughts.

She begins to help both the writers and the readers unite through this book by helping out the budding writers to reach their words to the readers in the world and start their journey afresh on a positive note, and also let the readers find the new talent and creative perspectives of fresh writers. She believes in the concept of ‘Growing Together’, and one fine evening, she decided to start this project as her first step towards her initiative.
