One Night with a Millionaire is a sweet and spicy, reverse age-gap, he falls first, divorced mom gets her Millionaire romance. Tess is a divorced mom of 3 who's a nurse in her 40s. Miles is a millionaire businessman and a bit younger. The two meet at a gala fundraiser for the hospital and hit it off. They agree to a no strings night of fun, but Miles falls hard and wants all the strings. She is clear she does not. There is a lot of pushing and pulling. Tess is pretty controlling and got on my nerves at times. I thought she was very realistically portrayed regarding how hard it can be as a divorced mom of kids and bearing the majority of the load with the kids. Miles is a hunky golden retriever, and I absolutely loved his persistence as well as his heartwarming interactions with the kids. They also had great chemistry as a couple. The third act breakup up was tough, but we do get a happy ending finally. This was my first read by this author but not the last. I received a free copy.

The connection and chemistry between Tess and Miles was strong and was written well, I enjoyed seeing them explore what was between them and how honest the ups and downs they faced were. I resonated with them both during this and was keeping everything crossed they could make it to their HEA. Personally I wanted a little more from the end but am looking forward to reading the next book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I like Miles. I think he grows and changes a lot during their story. He really grows up. I like Tess. I think she needs to let go of some of her doubts and control issues. She needs to be more open with Miles and accept him and let him in more. I like them together. I like her friend group. I like his family.
