FBI Agent Marcia Hammond was in charge of the nine candidates for the four vacant positions for sitting judges. She made a point to meet each candidate personally before the testing began. Kathi Barton, a winner of the Pinnacle Book Achievement award as well as a best-selling author on Amazon and All Romance books, lives in Nashport, Ohio, with her husband, Paul.
