I expected great things from this book. Unfortunately, I gained about as much information on how to make the bentos as I would've by simply staring at the pictures and figuring it out myself. Hardly learned a thing. In my opinion, this was a waste of money. Don't expect anything more than a listing of the ingredients used, because that's all this book is.
