About this ebook

Mack Hansen isn't the marrying kind. Hell, he'll do whatever it takes to keep his heart safe from heartbreak. Instead, he channels all of his passion into his work. But when his business partner and his wife go missing and leave their baby girl orphaned, Mack will do anything to keep the child safe. Which includes marrying the one woman who was always off-limits...his partner's sister.

Lauren Peters never imagined she'd be able to have a family of her own. Instead, tragedy hands Lauren the two things she's always wanted: a baby and Mack Hansen. Yet as she gives herself wholly to the pleasure of her new husband's touch—and their undeniable sexual chemistry—Lauren knows the painful truth. Mack sees their relationship as a business transaction. That is, until their marriage of convenience is threatened by the one thing that could save it...love.

Started with a believable story, missing couple, baby needs a stable new home. Aunt and best friend marry to keep the baby out of the system. They set up house, it goes well. Couple presumed dead due to a mafia deal gone. Are they really dead? The sister of the best friend feels that her brother could still be alive. She feels it. A rescue team is mounted, and after four months the couple is found. No explanation is given for their disappearance, a "long story for another day" is the excuse given by character. Author should have killed. Lame.

The Tycoon's Convenient Bride... and Baby By Shoshanna Evers Reviewed for Night Owl Reviews What drew me to this particular book was the premise of the story. Sometimes it takes something shocking to cause a person to wake up and discover what they have been missing out on. TTCBAB was an overall good read. A baby bringing together two people and helping them heal. The one issue that I had with this story is that portions of it came across slow and overlong. But it did manage to make a valid point. Don't take anything or anyone for granted.

Really didnt like it. To much repetition. The heroine was full of drama and for nothing.
