Lacey (stubborn, impulsive & adventurous), abducted with no way to pay ransom. Shane (self-assured, fierce, by-the-book military), & his Alpha Aegis group are sent to rescue other captives. The captives family's have to be anxious; Marcos, the captor, has to be heartless and evil to do what he does... Invigorating, suspenseful military romance. Enjoyed the characters and dialogue. While some parts may be hard to believe, they all contributed to the story's appeal! Voluntarily read ARC for honest review
