5 Star Review His To Cherish (Titans Quarter # 3) by Sierra Cartwright As I have come to expect from a book by Ms. Cartwright, it was extremely well written and flowed well. His To Cherish is the third book in the series but can be read as a stand alone All it takes is one moment in time to change the course of ones’ life forever and that is what happens to Philip Dettmer and Emma Monroe . Bumping in to one another Philip notices the book that Emma is carrying and finds himself telling her that he is a Dom and if she is interested, he would be happy to show her something of the BDSM lifestyle. There is a pull of attraction between them and when Emma decides to accept Philip’s offer to explore her feelings at The Quarter, their journey begins. Although they planned on only one night, the connection between them is deeper than either of them expected and is impossible to ignore. As Philip brings her dormant feelings to the surface Emma begins to understand the feelings she has struggled with. What begins as one night quickly morphs into so much more and it was interesting to watch their journey progress.

Despite the lack of a certain tech Titan's cameo (I love every time he shows up but he does get a mention), I really enjoyed this story. Philip and Emma's story was a very quick read for me. I was so envolved in the story, that I kept turning the pages until I was done. Though light on character background, there is enough mentioned to understand Philip and Emma's characters. However, the Quarter is described in detail along with a couple of hot scenes between Philip and Emma. I really did enjoy the story but it did seem that the author tried too hard to add the Titans/Zetas into the story (IMHO, the story stands on it's own without the added Titan hook). Philip's sister and the mermaid's were an added bit of fun for the story. I learned a few facts about mermaids from this story :) Great addition to The Quarter series and I am still waiting for Julien's story.

I liked the couple. This book just didn't do it for me. Describing every minute detail got monotonous. I found myself skipping a lot of the book because of this. There was no drama, no action. Just a lot of going back and forth with the heroines inner dialogue about not getting attached to the hero because he said it was for only one night. When clearly he wanted to spend time with her after that. You could tell by his actions. The hero wasn't much better, he wanted her but he evidently didn't want her long term. He never thought about kids with her or being her husband. Like I said this just wasn't my cuppa. It might be someone else's though. It was well written.
