This book came as a great help to me in understanding my mom's sinus problems, or as the book educated me on the common term - sinusistus. The book was good at explaining to me the various causes of the problem and that that finding the correct cause will help in finding the right treatment, which made a whole lot of sense. So now we are trying to pinpoint what exactly is the cause of her sinus problems, and what treatment we should seek first. Trying the homeopathic remedies has helped alleviate some of her nasal congestion - two she loves best are the apple vinegar cigar and using natural steam. We are trying to slowly get her to try the popular Neti Pot, which she seems deathly afraid of and maybe acupuncture. This book has been a great teaching tool for me to educate me about sinusistus.
