NOT READING THIS BOOK WOULD BE A MISTAKE ON YOUR PART!!! The story is simply so good, the plot is much more amazing and the ending will leave you craving for the second book. The characters are diverse, well characterized and the dialouges are well written. There's a mix of everything- action, adventure, humor, romance, suspense and revelations which keeps you reading more and more pages till you finish the book. This book is very different from the Shadow and Bone trilogy and WAY BETTER than it. Worth all the time and five stars isn't enough to say how good the book is.

Excellent read! The representation for LGBT characters is excellent, and the character flaws/strengths are well designed. The plot is incredibly strong, with many moments presenting the powerful insight of a gang thief (or perhaps mastermind!)
