This was a copy of the pawn very boring.Just did not have any substance father sell girl and girl falls in love with her dominant. Tangle wood is one broke ass place businessmen who can't run a business & daughter selling themselves and only people with money is the criminals. Heavy Equipment should have been no equipment.

This novella was ok, it was short. I didn't feel like we got the whole story. It was very abrupt from her being sold, surprised, and used; to happily married.

Scaring June unnecessarily? She was a young virgin given up by her father without a warning, why does he have to be so rough with her? Shuddering.... Towards the end he seems to have softened towards her. (somewhat).
