About this eBook

When a snowstorm pummels the western half of the country, three couples find once off-limits love just in time for Christmas. An unforgettable holiday anthology from bestselling authors Jennifer Ryan, Maisey Yates, and Lia Riley.

Close to Perfect: A Montana Men Novella by Jennifer Ryan

At sixteen, Abigail gave Dex the gift of a lifetime, but the cost of it was more than he ever knew. Now she’s back in town with a secret that has been ten years in the making and this time it’s Dex’s turn to make the ultimate sacrifice or risk losing her forever.

Snowed in at Copper Ridge: A Copper Ridge Novella by Maisey Yates

Mia Landry has always had it bad for brooding cowboy Devlin Grayson. Too bad he’s her best friend’s older brother. But when they find themselves snowed in at Copper Ridge Lodge, Mia finally has the chance to tell the man of her dreams exactly what she wants… him.

Hot Winter’s Night: A Brightwater Novella by Lia Riley

While Brightwater is being covered in snow, Goldie Flint is stuck in her flower shop. She never expected her hero to be Kit Kane, the former love of her life. Kit knows that what he had with Goldie isn’t just in the past and with the help of a little bet, an ornery grandmother, and a lot of snow, he’s ready to show her that what he really wants for Christmas is a second chance.

Close to Perfect by Jennifer Ryan This novella has everything I love in a good romance. Small-town, second chance romance during Christmas time and written by one of my favorite authors, Jennifer Ryan! I absolutely fell in love with Dex! He is kind and wonderful and I could see what drew Abby to him. There is love and forgiveness and lots of good happy feels! I loved everything about it and wished so hard that their story was a full novel! Hopefully we’ll see them in future books because I’d love to catch up with them and their daughter Kelly! There are a few bumps and bruises along the way, but I’ve never seen a more deserving couple of a happily ever after. It’s a beautiful story and you don’t want to miss it! Hot Winter’s Night by Lia Riley This is my first read by Lia Riley and I’m hooked! HOT WINTER’S NIGHT has funny dialog, easily relatable characters and an engaging story that will leave you completely satisfied! I love the second chance romance trope and watching these two strong, stubborn people try to come to terms with the past and fight for a well-deserved future was moving. Goldie has a smart mouth, sassy attitude and was horribly, painfully hurt by Kit’s sudden departure from her life all those years ago. She has no desire to give Kit the time of day. Kit was patient (mostly) and a little stubborn himself. But when I learned why he left, I understood. I did. But damn, can the girl at least get a phone call? The story is brilliantly written and so funny. And enchanting and now I need to check out the rest of the Brightwater series so I can find out about the rest of these wonderful characters! A great heartwarming holiday read! Snowed in at Copper Ridge by Maisey Yates This novella has quite a different tone than the first two novellas in the book. I had a bit of a hard time with this one. The hero Devlin is a tough guy who doesn’t share feelings and has been through throngs of women. Mia is an “innocent” young woman that’s been in love with Devlin since she was a teenager. She’s lived under the oppressive thumb of her parents and escaped many times to the Grayson house to spend time with her best friend, which happened to be Devlin’s sister. The pair couldn’t be more different. Which is okay because I love stories where opposites attract but their chemistry just didn’t work for me. Maybe if I read the previous books in the series, I could get a handle on the characters but I felt lost more than anything. I didn’t like Devlin at all and Mia, I didn’t care too much for her either. The story didn’t flow well and it was hard to keep my interest. I was disappointed that I couldn’t make a connection with any of the characters. I definitely feel that fans of the Copper Ridge series will enjoy this short and steamy read. It just wasn’t for me. ARC generously provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All conclusions reached are my own.

Does a person ever get over the one that got away? Maisey Yates, Jennifer Ryan and Lia Riley, show the true meaning of love with their theme of second chances and sacrifices in Snowbound at Christmas. My favorite story by far was Close to Perfect by Jennifer Ryan. It embodies what the season is all about. Miracles, faith and forgiveness. Each contribution brings magic and hope to tempt readers this holiday or any time of year. Close to Perfect by Jennifer Ryan - Abigail and Dex had discovered something special. Until spite and lies tore them apart. Can a surprise homecoming and a ten year secret, give them the a chance at something new? Maisey Yates delivers the perfect winter fantasy. To be trapped in a snowstorm with the man of her dreams starts out awkward but ends of being just the gift Mia and Devlin need to set off sparks in Snowed in at Copper Ridge. Hot Winter's Night by Lia Riley blends mischief and matchmaking with a whole lot of snow to create a scenario that will heat up any winter night.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Maisey Yates lives in rural Oregon with her three children and her husband, whose chiseled jaw and arresting features continue to make her swoon. She feels the epic trek she takes several times a day from her office to her coffee maker is a true example of her pioneer spirit. Maisey divides her writing time between dark, passionate category romances set just about everywhere on earth and light sexy contemporary romances set practically in her back yard. She believes that she clearly has the best job in the world.

Lia Riley is a contemporary romance author. She loves wandering redwood forests, beach fog, procrastinating, and a perfect pour over coffee. She is 25% sarcastic, 54% optimistic, and 122% bad at math (good thing she writes happy endings for a living). She and her family live mostly in Northern California.
