4.5 Stars for Snowflakes and Shots ( Holiday Romance Novel #5) This is book 5 in the series of stand-alone’s set in the magical holiday season. This is Stu and Chasity’s second chance at love and their story drew me in from the first page and didn’t let me go until I had read the final line. I love Christmas and I love curling up with a good Christmas Romance and this book ticked all my boxes. Stu is determined to do what is needed to win the woman who occupies his mind 24/7 back but not everyone wants this couple to be together. Their journey is not an easy one, there are plenty of bumps along the way and at times I was convinced they would never get the HEA they so deserved but in the end the Christmas Spirit did the magic needed to bring Stu and Chasity happiness. This is a sweet romance about not only facing up to the mistakes we make but also learning from them, irs about trust and true love and it will appeal to all romance lovers.

The season of goodwill does not always reach everyone. Stu, bar owner is caught up in a fight and needs medical attention. His old love Chasity, his feelings very much hidden, is a paramedic and gets the job of attending the ruckas. She also harbours feelings for years ago. A time for love and forgiving, but it has to be shared with openness and honesty to succeed this time, plus it is set against the backdrop of disapproval by his father and the gossiping townsfolk. Stu seemed to hate Chastity, but I think it was more because of his father and pushing away their secret romance years ago. It takes a literal knock up side the head to make him see what he wants if only he can regain her trust and she takes him back. His father was a real self centered piece of work and good for Chastity’s sister Hope for standing up to him. I would feel the same as Bentley about the stray even though it wasn’t his fault. Curly sounds adorable.
