Book has many errors and is too wordy. And, the author forces his students to purchase it, so it's even easier to point out the errors and unwarranted garble. Save your money and your time- I'm sure there's much better out there!

I thought this book was a wonderful companion to Grinnells other book and provided a solid introduction to program evaluation and change.
