About the author

Inderjeet Singh Sodhi has a BSc, an MA in Public Administration, an MA in Political Science, and a PhD. He has been Head of the Department of Public Administration in St. Wilfred’s College (Affiliated with the University of Rajasthan), Jaipur, India since July 1, 2001 and also worked as Associate Professor in Public Administration at The University of Dodoma (Tanzania, Africa) from March 31, 2011 to March 2013. He has had 30 articles published in reputed journals on the issues of policy, governance, ICT, e-governance, development, planning, etc. and has attended international conferences in Mumbai and Delhi (India), Istanbul (Turkey), and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and national conferences/workshops/seminars. He is co-editor of Governometrics and Technological Innovation for Public Policy Design and Precision (IGI Global, USA, 2014).
