Someone could die following the directions. The safety information is clearly lacking. Just saying mix lye and water then mix oils with lye doesn't cover the dangers involved. Water should never be added to lye. Instead, lye should always be added to water, very slowly, a little bit at a time. A volcanic type explosion could occur, if it is done wrong. Lye is caustic and dangerous, and can cause blindness and chemical burns. Lye should never be mixed in certain types of containers either, or with certain metals. Aluminum when it comes into contact with lye can cause toxic fumes. No mention of lye's possible bad reaction with water, metals etc... Not to mention a lot of other information is missing like temperatures and trace etc... Obviously this writer knows nothing about making soap and is taking information from everywhere, and publishing it without any thought whatsoever as to who may be harmed by it. To purchase this would not only be a waste of money, but a soapmaking recipe for disaster.

Nicely written, but honestly, most of this was just a simplified version of the Wikipedia page on soap making.
