I couldn't really enjoy the case and suspense because I was too annoyed by the main characters personal issues, which take a good part of the story. Didn't enjoy the romance either because there was more cheating, trying-not-to-cheat and still-end-up-cheating than romance. The case is not bad but not earth shattering either. The two stars are solely for the case plot.

I really loved this story. It dragged here and there in some parts but overall it was a great book. Lots of drama on both personal and professional levels. My favorite part is how she ended the book. She tied up all the loose ends in a nice, neat little package and didn't leave you wondering 100 different questions about what happens to the characters. I recommend this book!

I came across this book as a freebie. I am so glad I stumbled upon it. It was truly a fantastic read. Loved the suspense and the characters are fabulous. This ranks up there with my all time favorites, Karin Slaughter, Lisa Gardner and Patricia Cornwell. I am glad for the new find, as I was running out of books I truly enjoy.
