This volume of Machine Trades Occupations Standard Time Data is one of ten volumes of standard time data in the 11 volume series included in DWMSTDP. Machine Trades Occupations as categorized by the Department of Labor includes those occupations concerned with feeding, tending, operating, controlling, and setting up machines to cut, bore, mill, abrade, print, and similarly work such materials as metal, paper, wood, and stone. This includes understanding machine functions, reading blueprints, making mathematical computations and exercising Judgement to attain conformance to specifications.
