About this ebook

The purpose of my book is to share with you and the word the tragic events which I witnessed and lived through. My experience constitutes and an unusual testimony which should not be forgotten but studied by future generations, to learn the ultimate truth about Auschwitz. I write this book to tell about my experience and what I witnessed. However, I still remember vividly, the smoke coming from the chimneys of the crematoria, the stench of burning human bodies, the hard work in rain and snow, hunger and horrendous fatigue, diseases, lice, fleas, bugs and bloody dysentery. I am the Holocaust survivor who remembers vividly the horrors of Auschwitz and Dachau concentration camps.

Thanks to Stanley for sharing his story but the book itself is poorly edited. It repeats itself in parts and the grammar is not that great. That aside it provides a valuable account of the events from a Polish prisoner's perspective.

The horrors that they endured were such that no person should have to. Those who died were indeed" set free". To live and have the memories, was the ultimate torture. Those who managed to make a life beyond any concentration camp ,are indeed, heroes.May this never happen again to our civilization.

Seriously? Poor editing and grammar is what you took from this? I know this gentleman personally and I think the horror he went through trumps perfect grammar and poor editing. Wow.
