Everything that this election is talking about. Reading the first four chapters of this book lets you excel at what you will be hearing and have heard from our incumbents. Everything from President obamas' quoting David Gardner, a University of Califoria president to information about Jon Schnur, a person that was an aide to Vice president Gore during his 2000 election year. Youw ill see the numbers of charter scholls comparablly: 95,000 of them and approximately 5,000 of them charter. You will learn that Teachers Unions comprise 3 x as much campaign donation funding towards the democratic party, which is more than most other unions. key words that may tickle your mind are : deferential, devisisve and Substantive policies.

This is just another anti-public school hit job. Brill took an extremely small sampling of bad examples and used it to categorize public school teachers and teacher unions across the country as selfish and lazy. Brill's research was lazy and sloppy, and he carved out what was useful for his perspective and ignored everything else.
