About this eBook

Some Warlocks excel at brewing up trouble.

Magic, Mischief, and Kilts! A modern-day Scottish paranormal romance by NYT Bestselling Author Michelle M. Pillow.

When Scottish Warlock Fergus MacGregor is around their new neighbor Donna Montgomery, he feels something he hasn't felt for a long time. He is still holding on to the memory of his first love who died centuries ago. He's tried everything to bring Elspeth back from the dead. None of his magic spells, potions, sorcery or incantations have worked. His family thinks it's time he moves on.

Is fate giving him a second chance at love, or will falling for Donna stir a powerful supernatural force that intends to cause nothing but trouble?

From the Highlands of Scotland to the valleys of Wisconsin... Book Three of the Warlocks MacGregor® series by NY Times and USA TODAY Bestselling Author, Michelle M. Pillow. This is a novella length story.

About the Warlocks MacGregor® Series

People know magic is fake--card tricks and illusions, magicians and entertainers. But there is an older magick, a powerful force hidden from modern eyes, buried in folklore and myths, remembered by the few who practice the old ways and respect the lessons of past generations.

The term "warlock" is a variation on the Old English word waerloga, primarily used by the Scots. It meant traitor, monster or deceiver. This fiction-based family includes males and females of magick. The MacGregors do not agree with how history has labeled them, or other supernaturals. To them, warlock means magick, family, and immortality. This series is not a portrayal of modern-day witchcraft or those who hold such beliefs. The MacGregors are a magickal class all their own.

Warning: Contains yummy, hot, mischievous MacGregors who may or may not be wearing clothing and who are almost certainly up to no good on their quest to find true love.

This is a great story but it's just too short, I wish it had been longer, it's a great addition to the Warlocks MacGregor collection. This author's writing style is good but in this instance, I felt she needed to give us more back story for Fergus and Donna's story as there was so much I would have loved to know. I loved the characters and the way they grew and changed especially Fergus's when love changed him.

This is another MacGregor story in the Magick, Mischief and Kilts series. This is Fergus MacGregor and Donnas story. She is his neighbor. The problem is Fergus already has had the love of his life and she died and he has spent almost all of his time trying to bring her back any way he can. It kind of makes you sad to see this guy has a second chance but is still loving his first love and feels guilty. It’s a good read

When Fergus' wife Elspeth died saving their baby niece he vowed to find her and reincarnate her. It's been 400 years and he's still had no success. Donna is a new neighbour to the McGregor mansion and for the life of her she doesn't understand why she's taking these billionaires home-cooked cookies. She can burn water but she feels compelled to keep going. The younger McGregors have taken to calling her Belladonna as her cooking is so bad! When she meets Fergus she feels an instant connection with the handsome highlander. But when she seems to be haunted by a spiteful poltergeist and with the auto-baking she's not sure what's happening. Has she finally cracked? Her family thought she was nuts when she declared she had an imaginary friend but with her fledgling photography business she really doesn't want to get known as the town fruitcake! They're back with a bang. The riotous but lovable warlock clan are great characters. The long-living generations make it hard to tell who is older than who and the so-called adults can be just as childish as the stroppy younger generation!! I love the whole possible reincarnation theme and about all the almost-there incarnations there had been!! You'll be kept on your toes trying to figure out what exactly is happening and you'll be left wanting more of the very nude-centric warlocks.
