Divya Negi Ghai is a Ph.D. in finance. After teaching for almost a decade, she found her true calling in working with young people outside the realms of classrooms. She quit her teaching job to pursue her passion in improving the quality of life of young people. She believes that if we try to live to our fullest potential every day we can increase the happiness quotient in our lives.
Divya is the founder of the NGO ‘Youth Rocks’ that works with young people, parents, teachers and other stakeholders to improve the quality of personal and professional outcomes of people from diverse backgrounds.
Divya lives in Dehradun with her husband and their three children.
