This series gets better and better. Witchy book with touch of crime, legends and myths serf in beautiful Cornwall. Full of amazing characters old and new, ever changing plot. It is funny and keeps you wanting more and more. I couldn’t put it down and as soon as I’ve finished it I have started again. This is a must read if you like stories about witchcraft but also about friendship and legends. Highly recommended.

What a brilliant story ! I love the White Haven Witches books and unlike some authors whose books seem to lose appeal as a series continues, TJ's books just keep getting better and better. I love the expanded stories that now include the POV of many characters, it makes them much richer and more interesting. This time around White Haven is in the middle of a heatwave and the town has been inundated with tourists. A massive summer storm has unleashed a terrible evil.

This book is one of the best in the White Haven Witches series. If you enjoyed the other books then you will really love this one. A plot with many twists and turns, the story really draws you in, and you really can't put the book down. I really love the smaller characters enjoying more involvement in the plot too. I read this book quickly then had to start again in case I'd missed anything.
