The attack also alerts my on-again, off-again boyfriend, Mick, the man I made myself walk away from years ago. Now he’s back, and I have to decide whether to give into my intense cravings for him or continue to fight alone.
The trouble is, incredible evil is rising, and I’ll have to trust Mick, the sheriff, my estranged family, a mouthy magic mirror, and the drifter who calls himself Coyote to battle forces that will unmake the world if we don’t stop them.
But if we win, will they allow me to exist with the fiendish twist of power that lies within me?
