Mary Ann Ward is the co-principal of Katz-McMillan Cooperating Schools, where she shares responsibilities with Dr. Dode Worsham. Mrs. Ward has taught various grade levels in the United States as well as overseas. Prior to becoming an administrator, she was a curriculum consultant in the areas of mathematics and science, a facilitator for Effective Schools and Mentoring and Coaching, and has designed and written pilot curriculum programs and workshops in the area of mathematics. Mrs. Ward has offered workshops and has presented at regional and national conferences. She is a founding member of the Nevada League of Professional Schools., Dr. Dode Worsham is the co-principal of Katz-McMillan Cooperating Schools, a year-round elementary school in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been an administrator for over ten years as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she teaches a graduate-level reading course. She also teaches for NOVA University in the field of reading and school improvement. Dr. Worsham has been a public school teacher and a curriculum consultant for the Clark County School District. She has offered workshops, been a keynote speaker for Reading Conferences and is a founding member of the Nevada League of Professional Schools.
