Laura Wiess did a very good job of explaining the pain and anxiety Meredith had towards her experience. The constant challenge of getting hurt really drove me crazy. The constant struggle with whether or not her and Andy will work out is another catch and at the ending I love how the author completely gives me no hope to Meredith's story. The author left me with no hope and then completely smacked me in the face with the ending; and I must say the ending is my favorite part of the book! I'm really glad the author gave Meredith good people to reflect on, because in a time like this having good people can be a life changer - in Meredith's case it was. Great read, it was a quick read for me. But great book!

It's sad yes but the main thing is the abuse victim finds the strength throughout to fight back and say no more to anyone, and she makes others stand up and listen to her. To me this is one of my favorite books.

It was a wonderful book, just depressing. Loved everything about it, wish they would make a second book and make it a little happier!😁😁😁
