Roxy Capwell couldnā€™t be more miserable. She just had her heart stomped on by her cheating boyfriend, and the last thing sheā€™s looking for is love. She hates men.Ā

Cole Brighton couldnā€™t be happier. Heā€™s a player of the highest order, thereā€™s not a girl at Whitney Briggs University that he canā€™t tag and bag. He loves the ladies.Ā

Roxyā€™s dream is to own and operate her own bakery one day, but with no oven in her dorm, and a lucrative baking competition on the horizon, she agrees to move in with her best friendā€™s brother, the obnoxious, womanizing, Cole Brighton.Ā

Between the heavenly scent of baked goods, and Roxyā€™s perfect body strutting around the apartment, Cole canā€™t think straight. So when Roxyā€™s ex starts sniffing around again, Cole volunteers to play the part of her new boy-toy and things get heated both in and out of the kitchen.Ā

Roxy discovers she might not hate every man on the planet, and Cole discovers nothing tastes better than Roxy and her late night SUGAR KISSES.Ā

Roxy is a ball of stress and anger.Ā

Cole is all ego.Ā

Their attraction is unstoppable.Ā

And when their bodies collideā€”its combustible.Ā

I can't believe this book has 4.6/5 stars. It's so childish and was very hard to force myself to finish. A true waste of my time, but then again, I didn't have to spend a dime since it was free.

ā€œRoxy is a ball of stress and anger. Cole is all ego and sex. Their attraction is unstoppable. And when their bodies collideā€”itā€™s combustible.ā€ (from Google Books description) This sums it up. In a cute little poem, Google Books describes this book perfectly. I loved reading about Cole giving up his manwhore rep and Roxy regaining her faith in the opposite sex. Though it had its sad moments (all good books evoke strong emotions like that), the resolution process was excellent. Although 3:AM Kisses was published first, it is not absolutely necessary to read it before reading Sugar Kisses first. You get some backstory and other information, it's not information vital to understanding this book and being able to follow the story.
