This sensitive and biblically oriented book offers a roadmap for bereaved spouses on the journey through grief to resolution. Excellent for pastors, too.

I highly recommend this book on the grief process. After my husband died at the age of 48, I was "gifted" by many well-meaning friends with numerous books on the subject of grief. I'd try to open one and read it but I just couldn't. When I saw Getting to the Other Side of Grief in a Christian bookstore I picked it up to peruse and found I could not put it down. Now 17 years later, I have a master's degree in counseling and I recommend this book to every Christian client who is grieving the loss of a spouse.
