On his way home the night of the party, he saves a tailor from being mugged. As thanks, the tailor transforms him into a sophisticated young man. Jack’s transformation is so extreme that Madeleine doesn’t even recognize him. For one night they both get what they want, but Jack rushes off the next morning before his identity is revealed. After returning to his normal work life, he discovers that the youth center where he volunteers is about to close down…and Madeleine’s to blame!
