About the author

Dr. Amulya Ranjan Mohapatra became Reader in Philosophy in DAV College, Koraput (Orissa) and thereafter vice-principal in BJB(M) College, Bhubaneswar, DAV College, Koraput and also Principal in DAV Junior College, Koraput. He was awarded UGC Teacher Fellowship and various research projects by the VGC; ICSSR; ASRC; and completed these research works successfully. Dr. Mohapatra has written a number of books in English and Oriya and published a number of research papers in different journals. He has earned reputation as a writer, editor, lyricist, orator, social worker and became a recipient of many certificates, medals and honorary titles. He is associated with various cultural, educational and spiritual organizations. Some of his published books are: Philosophy of Religion; The Idea of Inexpressible: A philosophical Analysis, Hinduism: Analytical Study: Value System; India's Freedom Fighter: Bir Surendra Sai.
