This is volume 4. of the 'Sylloges Epistolarum' edited and published by Burmann in 1727; the index to vol. 5 calls it 'd' and references it by page number. The 'Sylloges' collect a huge amount of 16th and 17th c. letters mostly on scholarly matters, also dealing with politics and current affairs. The key figure in most of the volumes is the prolific classical scholar Nicolaus Heinsius, whose letters to and from Graevius and Perizon make up most of Vol. 4.
