It was a fun modern twist on the Beauty and the Beast theme. It had a murder mystery sub plot as well. There were a lot of starts and stops to tease the reader regarding the main characters' relationship. My only slightly negative comment is the very end seemed rather rushed to end the story. I'm guessing their maybe more of a recap/explanation in future books?

Good for a freebie. If you can get through the awful and confusing beginning, it was OK. If this book were beer it would be werewolf light. Still an interesting twist on beauty and the beast, even with terrible editing.

I read book one after I had read book 2 because I wanted to find out some basic background information about the Lykaen. Unfortunately there was nothing there. This author is very good at sex scenes and has some good story lines, but not so hot on giving basic background information. Instead of giving this book to friends to read before publishing. The author out to give it to an independent reader for assessment. The mistakes are obvious as are some of the words. This writer may have a lot of books under their belt, I don't know, but it's never too late to learn. If only these silly things could be put right then these would be worth the five stars.
