A great reminder of the double standards that society imposes upon women, Tanaz Bhathena's A Girl Like That reminds us of the power of love and the impact that understanding others and oneself has on ourselves, others, and the world.
About the author
TANAZ BHATHENA was born in Mumbai and raised in Riyadh, Jeddah and Toronto. Her short stories have appeared in various journals, including Blackbird, Witness, and Room Magazine. A Girl Like That is her first novel.
