A fast pace and smooth flowing plot keeps readers on the edge of their seat with lots of suspense, action and romance. Nina Croft brings her story to life with well written scenes and details that inspire vivid images and capture the imagination and the well orchestrated suspense draws the reader deeper into the story. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention while the fascinating world ensures that they keep coming back for more. The crew of the Blood Hunter returns and this time they are going back in time or at least some of them are…well I’m not going to give that away. So, lots of spine tingling anticipation and excitement ensures that there is never a dull moment and lots of fascinating and surprising twist to keep readers guessing. There is also quite a bit of amusement as Saffira and her goals clashed with that of the crew which added lots of entertaining spice to the story, needless to say, I really enjoyed this thrilling book and I can’t wait to read the next one.

About the author

Nina Croft grew up in the north of England. After training as an accountant, she spent four years working as a volunteer in Zambia, which left her with a love of the sun and a dislike of 9-5 work. She then spent a number of years mixing travel (whenever possible) with work (whenever necessary) but has now settled down to a life of writing and picking almonds on a remote farm in the mountains of southern Spain.

Nina's writing mixes romance with elements of paranormal and science fiction.
