Great with tecnical aspects although later chapters feel as if she is educating you to use it in the ring not the street. Also finishes the book in a very political way when there is no need to.Teri's other book is far better

Really understood alot so far. Very direct in teaching as well so far. Not too complex. A godsend book to know jeet kune do.
