About this ebook

Are you tired of being shy and uncertain about yourself? Tired of negative self-talk that makes you feel bad and stops you from living your life to the fullest?

Are you ready to learn how to truly love and accept yourself as the perfectly imperfect person you are now?

Most people nowadays suffer from low self-esteem. And of course we do! We live in a world where we call people who love themselves arrogant, where we encourage children to compete with one another in school, and where we immerse ourselves daily in media of all the millions of things we have to do before we are considered adequately lovable. Low self-esteem, low confidence, self-doubt, self-hatred, shyness, guilt, shame, soul-crushing depression - call it whatever you want, the idea is the same: You, the person whose opinion should matter to you the most, don't accept yourself.

The 21-Day Self-Love Challenge will help you to:

- Develop self-love and acceptance in an easy step-by-step way

- Realize the importance of taking good care of yourself and your body, and how to bring this in practice

- Let go of self-talk, behaviors, things, and people that do not serve you

- Understand why most self-love books you've read before didn't work

- Develop new habits that will significantly boost your feelings of self-love on a daily basis

- ...and much more!

This was a great book. It shows how powerful our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are towards ourselves and how important it is to get it right. This title "Self Love" is NOT to be taken the wrong way. It has nothing to do with being egotistical or looking down on other people, rather it shows how we should have a HEALTHY self love towards ourselves- there's a massive difference. We cannot love other people unless we first love ourselves (by loving ourselves, I mean to value and respect ourselves and appreciate our own self worth). We cannot give away that which we do not have- so if we don't love ourselves, we cannot love other people. It's that simple.

One of the only self-help books that has actually made a permanent shift in the choices I make in my day-to-day life and WHY I make them. I'm no longer so hard on myself, yet at the same time I'm living a healthier life, not because I have to, but because I want to. Highly recommended if you feel like your fighting against yourself!!

This book is a must read for everyone who is low on confidence or lacks self belief. I have only read the book till day 7 so far but I am convinced that this book is the best read for me in months. It is helping me improve myself and anything that improves you is great. The book gives you a task or something to do each day for 21 days and hopefully after 21 days you will be a better person. The book is funny and quirky in many ways making it more interesting. Overall, I highly recommend this book.
