 Lacey Garner is a young reporter with a troubled past. She grew up in a cheap motel with a mother who was a prostitute. Lacey struggles with the memory of the things she and her mother were forced to do to survive. She has now vowed to rise above her past and make something better of her life. And sometimes she even feels like she's succeeded.
