Ok to good, some good food for thought. But it's only on the 2nd last page that the author says to choose a FEW of the suggestions. That should have been at the front, because you get part of the way through the book and think "What? You want me to do all of this before I even start work?" The author's yellow-cover Morning Routine book is just a cut down version of this one.

Good suggestions. The whole read I wondered how early do I need to wake up to get all these done. At the very end the author says to pick a handful of these suggestions. That should have been in the beginning of the book.

Nice suggestion give by author to follow. Some of them certainly help all of us for sure. Need some more better ways to follow. But I really appreciate his work.
