Melba J. Duncan is the founder and president of the Duncan Group Inc,. a retained search and consulting firm. She is also a founding member and president of the Madam C. J. Walker/ Villa Lewaro Foundation Inc., created in 1993 to advance entrepreneurship among African Americans. Duncan is a recipient of the Women of Vision Award from the National Organization for Women and Crain’s Small Business Award.
