The Crisis of Welfare in East Asia adopts a unique and critical perspective on contemporary social welfare policies in East Asia. James Lee is associate professor at the Department of Public and Social Administration at the City University of Hong Kong. Kam-wah Chan is associate professor at the Department of Applied Social Sciences at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
