The Dark Night of the Soul Phase
By now, I did not t know about twin flames. I was depressed partly because I missed my twin flame but also because all the inner past pain that I had hidden from for all those years had started coming to the surface to be purged.
Our separation though me into this dark phase where there was no way out but to face my fears and my pain.
It is in this phase when I had to go back into myself to hug my inner child and parts of myself that I thought were unlovable.
I crawled and cried through my pain. I had to confront it: I had to stare into the darkest parts of my soul.
As time progresses I entered the healing phase. I had surrendered to all the changes in my life. I accepted it all and I survived it.
Healing & Inner Harmony Phases
Last but not least was the healing phase. Here, I embraced self-love. I embraced all my scars from the night of the soul as I healed more emotional, spiritual, and psychological wounding.
One thing led to the other. As I surrendered to self-love, I started rediscovering myself. This led to rediscovering my authentic self. With my authenticity, I started redefining myself for the best to suit my newfound authentic self.
Healing also brought me unending bliss, inner balance, and harmony.
After I went through all the above phases, I gained personal enlightenment. I am more mindful of myself, my life, and those around me. I stay in the now.

The Twin Flame journey is a battle within myself; I had to stare within to penetrate my being to experience the full richness of my existence. I have transformed to reach the heights of my humanity and potential: I am creative, authentic, accepting, independent, and brave.
After I went through the invigorating Twin Flame Spiritual Awakening process and reflected on my old life, I began to understand why I felt deeply unsatisfied. I felt isolated from the world as I knew it. I also realized that no matter my social status and level of success: money, power, greatness, and some level of happiness still left me deeply unsatisfied. I yearned for a deeper connection between myself and the world around me. I previously inhibited negative patterns and behaviors that hindered my growth. I rediscovered the authentic humanistic qualities that define me: creativity, freedom, forgiveness, awareness, acceptance, independence, and bravery.
Once I found my authentic version as a Twin Flame, I gained more respect and acknowledgment of the uniqueness and sacredness of my humanity.
I hope to inspire you to feel better about yourself to find easy solutions to your twin flame situation. It makes me the happiest person in the world.
