About this eBook

Enjoy this steamy romantic suspense story by USA Today Bestselling author Ophelia Bell.

Caught between the devil and the deep blue sea…

I never imagined myself as a pawn in a dangerous game between two crime lords. But that was before I discovered I’m secretly one of their daughters, and suddenly I’m not just a girl, but an asset in need of protecting.

At least two of my new guard dogs are Ben and Baz, a pair of twins I grew up with—and wow, have they grown. Not only do they handle security for Drake Stavros—the sexy, haunted billionaire whose tower I’m forced to occupy for the duration of this cartel blood feud–but they’ve gotten hotter too, brooding sentinels covered in muscles and tattoos.

Drake is supposed to be using his near-limitless resources to keep me safe, with the twins there to make sure he follows through. But I’m beginning to realize the danger I’m in isn’t limited to the world outside as desires darker than my criminal bloodlines awaken within me, threatening to undo us all.

The Devil's Daughter is the fourth book in "Fall of the Amador Cartel" dark romance series. It features a reverse harem romance with bisexual heroes and ends in a happily ever after.

As you can tell from the heading, I couldn't put this book down! My one complaint is that there was So much backstory going on between the characters i could not tell who was related to who, whose brother and whose sister were together, it was a mess! Do yourself a favor and start w book one! The storyline qnd characters were great, I just know I would've enjoyed it more if I hadn't;t started on book 3. It peaked my interest so much that I am def going back to start from the beginning though! The steaminess, lawwddyyyy, cold showers all around, most definitely NSFW and thank goodness because I wouldnt have my books any other way! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book downloaded as the 3rd book and is the mirror image. If I go to page 45 in this one, the 3rd book is also at page 45. I have tried redownloading it and the app several times, but to no avail. Google won't refund my money or look for a problem. I'm wondering if this will make a difference.

This is the fourth story in the "Second Skin" series. I really love how this one developed. This one is about Elle, Drake, Baz and Ben. It is a stand alone read with some connected characters. I enjoyed this story! It is dark and gritty and very interesting and intriguing with some mystery and suspense. I love the characters and interactions between them. The chemistry between the characters is off the charts.

About the author

Ophelia Bell is the author of the super steamy Sleeping Dragons series. Ophelia loves hot alpha heroes, especially if they’re dragons, but believes the world needs more alpha heroines, so has made it her mission to make that happen. Ophelia grew up on a rural farm in North Carolina and now lives in Los Angeles with her sexy tattooed alpha husband and five-and-a-half attention-whoring cats (one of them is exceptionally large and might actually be a dragon in disguise).
