About this eBook

Mallory (Fluffy), Persephone (Perky), Fiona (Feisty), and Hastings (Hasty) come from the small town of Anderhill, Massachusetts, with lives that take sudden turns as they get surprise “do-overs” when it comes to love.

This boxed set features New York Times bestselling author Julia Kent’s first three books in the series, starting with the prequel, Little Miss Perfect, which takes place ten years before Book 1, when Mallory Monahan and Will Lotham competed for valedictorian in high school.

The nerd and the quarterback have a tantalizing encounter, but what happens when they meet ten years later is unbelievable…

Which brings us to Fluffy — how Will and Mallory reconnect is a tale of mishaps, misunderstandings, and Mallory’s innocent mistake in thinking a job on Craigslist for a “fluffer” meant a house designer.

Oops.

This boxed set continues with Perky, another second-chance “do-over” for Persephone and Parker. Five years ago, he released very, very private photos that turned Perky into a social media sensation in the worst way possible. Hurt and betrayed, she’s blocked him from her life and her heart.

But what if he didn’t do it?

And surprise! He’s a member of Mallory and Will’s wedding party, too.

Second chances and do-overs never felt so good…

The Do-Over Boxed Set is a romantic comedy binge read. Get ready for a massive laughfest escape!

From the very beginning these stories were slapstick hilarity along with deep down feels in every single story: Little Miss Perfect: Short and sweet! If you've read Fluffy, this will give you some behind the scenes of the last day of their senior year. Even then, Will had the power to turn Mal into mush and the oh so innocent meanderings and banter between them both had me finishing this one lickety split! Fluffy: If I could give this more stars I most definitely would! Julia Kent is known for her quirky, funny as heck stories. If you have read her Shopping for the Billionaire or Random series, you already know the humor she can pull out of her characters, how she can take some really random story from the internet (or heck probably real life) and bring them to life in her stories so much so that you have to google them to see if something like she mentions actually exists (and most often they do). Fluffy is funny...rolling off the treadmill while you are reading funny....doubled over in laughter until tears run down your face funny. I found myself wanting to message her every five minutes because my funny bone was just tickled over and over again. But wait....as funny as this story was...I found it to be about so much more than just humor for humor's sake. Okay...not knowing what she was walking into taking a job as a fluffer is hilarious. But the back story about Mallory and Will (who I will readily admit has now surpassed Declan in my affection, which I never thought possible) is about expectations...of the past, present and future. It is about how some experiences in your past can shape the person you are even when you can't admit that they have. It is about finding the strength to just be who you are, who you are meant to be and accepting that that person is okay, that there is nothing wrong with who you are or the choices you have made. My heart was completely engaged in Mallory and Will's story as well as some of the other characters we come across. I will never, EVER look at Fluffernutters the same again. You will absolutely love this couples' "come to Jesus" moments and if you don't swoon several times in this story along with all the laughter then I have no more words. I could write a book, but I'd rather you just read it and get the complete joy of the dysfunction that is Mallory as she navigates the road into adulthood. Perky: What happens when the man you love betrays you in the worst of ways? Perky (or Persephone as she was when we first met her in Fluffy) is quirky...but in the best of ways. She is Mallory's best friend (along with Fiona) but she has her issues. Mainly being the butt of a joke that wasn't a joke. Despite everything she has done in the last 5 years to erase the pain, it is constantly with her and the meme that started it all still floats around in some people's minds. Never does she expect to run into the man who caused all that pain. But one thing is clear, she has nothing but revenge on her mind. The banter between Perky and Parker is always fun and the chemistry between them is so very clear, but how can you forgive? How can you forget? While always fun to read the banter, the wild, off the wall facts (yes google was my friend quite a bit in this story lol), there was a whole lot of depth in this story. Can you ever love again when you know you found the one you were truly meant for? The right for privacy in such a large social media world? Does that even exist in this day and age? Perky must learn to forgive and she must learn to use her power for good. Will she? But I will forever remember the video of the spider and that will have me gasping with laughter...and cringing because....well you will just have to read it to know what I'm talking about. And for the record, Will reinforces why he will forever be my Julia Kent book boyfriend :)

The Do-Over Boxset is a fabulous adventure into the lives of two ordinary women who chose to become extraordinary through their love of friends, family, and their soulmate. If nothing else can be said about a person, let us revel in the amount of love they spread to those around them. Love has the power to change a life, a community, a town, a state, and even a nation. Never underestimate the power and the beauty of pure love. Fluffy is a mega heartwarming and wonderfully epic journey into discovering that being who you really are whether you are in high school or adulthood brings you and those around you immense joy. The haters can move to Mars as far as I am concerned. There is nothing more freeing and more wonderful then following the path that your heart chooses. Only then will you know absolute freedom and boundless happiness. Maybe the present isn’t always roses and wine, but it is real and it is 100% you. What more can we truly ask for? Perky is a hilariously addictive thrill ride of the heart. Just when you think you have things figured out, here comes another twist in our lovely story that throws things into disarray. I savored every minute of watching these characters come to terms with their real feelings while being a helping hand and open heart for each other. Nothing is as powerful or as beautiful as a true friend. However, in the end, the only person who can truly pick out the solemn truth about our circumstances is our own heart. As we grapple with our feelings and how to live with them, we must remember to see the world around us through our heart. No matter how painful the truth is to see sometimes, it is our own only saving grace. Julia Kent has gifted us with a fantastically delightful and at times a tongue in cheek masterpiece that is sure to touch everyone on some level. I was pleasantly surprised t find myself utterly enthralled with her spectacular creativity and enchanting characters who are sure to leave you in stitches and tears at the same time. I savored every moment spent in this incredible world full of very real people who are sure to make you feel and remember them long after this story has ended. I don’t know about you, but I am excited about the next book in this new series. I look forward to learning so much more about Persephone and her complex relationship with her old flame. Let the fun times begin.

Little Miss Perfect Mallory is the perfectly endearing awkward geek girl. All brain and almost no social graces. I recognize her because I’ve been her. Will might as well be king of the school. He’s the smart jock who seems to have everything going for him. This quirky little encounter in their school parking lot is charming and funny, and makes me very excited to read the rest of their story. Fluffy This book starts out light and silly and one of the funniest things I’ve ever read. Then it goes deeper as it digs into those angsty teenaged emotions that still plague us even as adults. Mallory is this beautifully neurotic geek girl who just resonates with my own social awkwardness. I felt an instant kinship with her and felt every one of her pains and dreams. I would have given my left arm to know what Will was thinking. But even though Mallory misinterprets a lot of it, his actions convey what he feels pretty well. I loved watching this pair spar with one another. The double entendre game in this book is strong. (I’m almost afraid of what the author’s search history looked like while putting this book together.) And after reading the teaser in the epilogue, I’m rather desperate to get my hands on the next book about this group of friends. Perky Julia Kent is another author who has the ability to make me both laugh and cry simultaneously. My sides hurt from laughing so hard at this book, but where it had the greatest impact on me was in the bigger, deeper emotions. Perky (Persephone) and Parker’s second chance is a spinning emotional roller-coaster ride filled with everything from crack-pot harebrained ideas to uncomfortable truths. And it’s all topped off with more innuendo than you can shake a stick at. When our leading couple finally make peace with the past, you can feel the universe sigh – it’s that precious. The lead in to Feisty makes me just a little ravenous to get my hands on it. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.

About the author

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Julia Kent writes romantic comedy with an edge. Since 2013, she has sold more than 2 million books, with 4 New York Times bestsellers and more than 21 appearances on the USA Today bestseller list. Her books have been translated into French, Italian, and German, with more titles releasing in the future.

From billionaires to BBWs to small towns with big hearts, Julia finds a sensual, goofy joy in every contemporary romance she writes. Unlike Shannon from Shopping for a Billionaire, she did not meet her husband after dropping her phone in a men’s room toilet (and he isn’t a billionaire in a rom com).

She lives in New England with her husband and children in a household where everyone but Julia lacks the gene to change empty toilet paper rolls.
