He has been quoted in Wired and Computerworld, has presented at various technology conferences, and has made numerous radio appearances. A former Green Beret, Mark holds an MBA from the Drucker Center at the Claremont Graduate University and a BA in economics from the University of California at Irvine. He lives with his wife and two sons in Southern California.
