The Evolution of Fae and Gods is the third book in the Chronicles of the Stone Veil series and they just keep getting better as we move along! There is so much detail in this series, and in particular in this book, and you're constantly having to pay attention because so much is happening! Finley is continuing to learn more about the powers that she possesses and about the prophecy that she finds herself in the middle of. Her relationship with Carrick continues to change and grow and we also learn more about him and what has happened over the course of his life. I enjoyed how Finley's friends have become such a large part of solving some of the mysteries they are dealing with. They've proven to be helpful and obviously are a huge support system to Finley. I feel like we learned so much in this book and it is setting us up for what I'm sure is going to be a continued wild ride through the last two books and I for one cannot wait!!

The ending just left you wanting the next book. You want answers, you want to see how it plays out and fits together. Can not wait for book 4. “I’ll wait for you to come back to me. Oh WOW! This story just keeps getting better and better. The 3rd book in the series answers some questions and gives us many more. The world building is amazing and I can't believe all that is happing to Finley. Finley discovers more of her powers and Carrick shows us a side we can't help but fall in love with. I love her relationship with her friends and how they will not let her do this alone. And after that cliffhanger, I know the next book is going to be torturous to read. I am loving it!!!
