I loved headspace app. It introduced me to vipassana and 10 day retreat course. Vipassana taught me so many things about meditation and i was able to experience so many benefits from taking care of my mind. But life is life. And we forget to prioritize and self care does not come 1st in your mind. So this book was wonderful oppurtunity to be reminded about those experiences and benefits.This book is definitely going to be the one that i plan to use it more often to motivate myself to meditate and b mindful.

This book along with the app are great introductions to the world of meditation. I've read other books that brought similar ideas but they were not presented as easily as in this book. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I have yet to purchase this book , but I did enjoy the sample read . It's a great affirmation into a focal point when I'm meditating. This would be a great purchase for any online library.

ANDY PUDDICOMBE is currently the only Clinical Meditation Consultant in the United Kingdom with Medical Advisory Committee clearance for private practice. As a former Buddhist monk, he has trained extensively in meditation all over the world for more than 15 years. He returned to the UK in 2004 and set up the Headspace organization with one simple aim in mind: to demystify meditation and make it accessible and relevant to as many people as possible.
