Bhāskarācārya (1114-1185) was an Indian mathematician and astronomer. His main work Siddhanta Siromani is a treatise in four parts - Lilāvatī (basics), Bījaganita (algebra), Grahaganita (planetary motion) and Golādhyāya (spheres).
