It started out promising and then spiraled out of control with insane unlikely and unnecessary plot twists that were lazily stack on top of one another. I had high expectations based on the rating and the fact that it turned into a Netflix show but it was infuriating stupid, and progressively so over the last 80 pages. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Had to skim the rsdt of the 30 pages because of how unbearably banal and ridiculous the rushed ending was. Wow.

Harlan Coben is just an amazing writer! There's always something that you don't see coming! that's why you can't put the book down!

Very good book. Lots of twists and turns. Kept me guessing. First book by this author. Looking for another.
