Fallon is sent to Vermont to write about a Christmas festival but there’s one problem, she carries the nickname the Grinch. Levi knows that he has to make sure Fallon sees the amazing things his hometown has to offer because an unfavorable article could hurt so many local businesses. Now, how they initial meet is funny and leads them to sharing Levi’s home during a blizzard. City girl Fallon struggles when they lose power but Levi is a calming and confident force that slowly breaks down her wall

"You carry a shield in front of you, but little by little, you've opened up and let me in. The closer I get to your heart, the further I fall." Oh so many emotions felt in Levi and Fallon's story. I love a reverse grumpy/sunshine story and I swear Levi will rival any woman with his Christmas spirit!!! Poor Fallon isn't your average holiday grump, there is a reason for why she is the way she is and once it is known you cannot help but want to hug her. Levi is perfect for Fallon.

One of so many things I think after I finished reading this book is I want Levi and his Christmas tree farm!!! Or at least have a real chance to visit the farm because the way Kennedy Fox described it is very adorable and enjoyable for a festive holiday! Fallon is skeptical for Christmas because she has a reasonable reason and I do feel heartbreak for her. I think when she was assigned for writing about Levi's hometown, she wouldn't see Levi coming and the way they first met is very entertaining. I want to say it's meet cute but it's more like "meet hilarious", LOL. Plus I can't deny that even if they are opposites attraction, their chemistry is off the charts from the beginning. The story is very entertaining with Fallon and Levi's banters and a festive vibe of the town makes my heartwarming. If you are looking for some steamy and heartfelt books to cosy up in this Christmas holiday, this book is definitely one of them!
